Pre-pay lets us buy the console, drives and parts at cost right away, so your order moves straight to the bench.
What firmware does my console need?
A PS5 must be on 13.60 or lower and a PS4 on 13.52 or lower. A Switch 1 must be an original model that can enter recovery mode. Check yours on the Check Your Console page before you ship.
Do you make hardware changes?
No. Our upgrades are software only. Hardware repairs and parts are quoted after a free diagnostic and your approval.
